It’s a process rooted in storytelling, where we listen to our neighbors to identify what matters most—from our shared traditions to our scenic shorelines. By focusing on these core values, we ensure that every future decision is transparent and driven by the residents themselves. This isn't just about a plan; it’s about a shared vision for a vibrant, welcoming future where every voice contributes to the story of Colonial Beach.

We gather stories from residents to create Heart & Soul Statements that capture what matters most and reflect what people love about their town.

Residents create action plans to guide future town planning, aligning them with their Heart & Soul Statements.
